8th March 2024 Business World Opinion Article by Law School Dean calls for Accountability over Vaccine Harm in light of "Willful Misconduct and Gross Negligence".
The writing is on the wall as conversations over vaccine harm, past hyper-excess of 2021 and still ongoing excess deaths continue: there must be accountability. There must be assistance!
Dean of the Institute of Law at UA&P, and columnist Atty. Jemy Gatdula had his article calling out fact checkers for being wrong about the safety of Covid-19 vaccines published today. I understand he had to rewrite to remove a reference to ivermectin before it was accepted, but still this seems to be a first with Philippine media finally allowing an overt calling out of vaccine harm! Please do access the online article by clicking the screenshot below. I discuss and provide links below.
Gatdula writes:-
His article includes discussion on a very recent 2024 study elaborating extensively on vaccine harm, and listing those harms and their dose dependent increase in vaccinated populations. If a person takes a drug and has an apparent reaction there may be a suspicion of casual link. One way to prove that link is via rechallenge. Essentially this means dosing the same person a second time to see if the same adverse event occurs again or in increased magnitude. Escalating adverse outcomes with escalating dosing gives absolute proof of causality, particularly when mechanisms of harm are known, and the same outcomes happen over many populations in many different locations!
Gatdula further writes that the evidence of harm is not new and has been accumulating since 2021. Indeed, the avalanche of evidence is already unstoppable!
This is the older paper he refers to.
Philippines law, RA11525 enacted on 26 February 2021, set out how Covid-19 vaccination for the Filipino population would be conducted, administered and documented. This included:
the procurement of safe and effective covid-19 vaccines (Sec 2(a)),
recognition of the experimental nature of Covid-19 vaccines and provision of compensation for harms (Sec 2(c)), and
clarification that vaccination cards (thus proof of vaccination) were not to be required for employment or education or to access government transactions (Sec 13(g))
The violation of multiple provisions of this law is under investigation in the ongoing congressional enquiry into excess deaths and violation of human rights under Congressman Dan Fernandez (27th February, 3rd hearing).
People who were injured or the families of those who died were to receive compensation from a National Indemnity Fund (Section 2(b)). Very few have received even the petty amount of PHP100,000 (USD1,794) allowed for death or injury, with burden of proof the victim’s expense. What has happened with this fund is also part of the enquiry. Gatdula expounds: -
A Philippine Judicial Academy lecturer for constitutional philosophy and jurisprudence, Gatdula points out that waivers signed are not waivers against “willful misconduct and gross negligence” (RA11525, Sec. 8). Given the evidence of harm that has been in the global public domain since 2021, given the Philippines own pharmacovigilance system, given the massive excess deaths clearly temporally linked with Covid-19 vaccination and with no other possible rational cause, gross negligence (and dereliction of duty) is not an understatement.
Injured persons or their family members should not only file claims for compensation, but they should also hold accountable those who forced or misled people into taking vaccines.
Philippines Media Breaks their Silence Finally Beginning to Allow Voices to Speak on the Censored Topic of Vaccine Harm
Philippines media is allowing other silenced voices to be heard as well. Aside from Congressman Dan Fernandez who has given two recent interviews in Tagalog, here on DZRH on 1st March ‘24 (start at 35 minutes), and here on DWIZ on 2 March ‘24 (start at 34 minutes), other voices are being heard. Dr. Landrito, a strong advocate of ivermectin gave an interview yesterday (7th March 2024) to MBC News on the more than 300,000 excess deaths in the Philippines, linking them with vaccination; in Tagalog without subtitles (apologies to my English only readers); original interview was on FB, but I have provided below link in Rumble, as the FB version might be censored any time.
The writing is on the wall! It is more than time for government health officials to acknowledge that wrong was done, to change tack, grow backbones, and start fairly dealing with outcomes.
The handling of the pandemic was completely wrong to the point of being criminal from all angles. When the dust has settled there will likely be no business which has not lost staff to death or permanent disability. Ok we all know the Lies came from the prime perpetrators in CDC, FDA, Tga and so on. Most doctors seeing fattened pay packets also played along.
Businesses however did push the mandates and their lawyers will have to be very good to get them out of some massive claims. It is believed that truncated lives in this situation are worth millions to hundreds of millions and most governments were cagy about instructions. So they are also ducking responsibility
Thank you for reporting. This is indeed very important news.
