Apparent Gross Overreporting of Active Covid-19 Cases by Philippines Department of Health. Is this due to Failure to Update Resolved Cases in a Timely Manner?
DOH data has been used to set public health policy, force lockdowns, drive fear to push vaccinations. What if this data is grossly inaccurate? Have measures here also been driven by inaccurate data?
DOH provides regular weekly updates on Covid-19 Cases and deaths.
These are reported to the public on an “as received basis”, rather than an “as occurred” basis. Meaning if a death that occurred in early 2021 was only reported to DOH this week, it will be included in this week’s death tally! I have previously reported on this.
Recent deaths attributed to Covid-19 are very low, and typically DOH reported new deaths include some dating back months or even years. The same is assumed to have occurred for cases. The discussion set out below proves this is the case.
My friend Barry Murrell and I have been tracking this situation with the DOH Covid-19 data drops which we can use to see actual dates of occurrence of cases and deaths.
Using the latest DOH data drop as of 21 January 2023, Barry did an evaluation of reported active cases. For this evaluation he looked specifically at the ASYMPTOMATIC cases, checking how far back these active cases were dated. This figure shows the spread of currently active asymptomatic Covid-19 cases.
The total ACTIVE COVID-19 cases reported by the DOH on 01/21/2023 was 10,555.
6,658 (63%) of the active cases were listed in the database as ASYMPTOMATIC.
There are among the current listed “active Covid-19” asymptomatic cases dating back as far as June 14, 2021 - or 19 months ago.
Additionally, there are interesting "patterns" of cases on or around the 9th of January, February, March, April, May, June, July and August of 2022, with long durations in between with ZERO asymptomatic cases recorded. How can this be? Mass entry of delayed receipt cases on an ‘as received’ basis?
Then there was an explosion of 6,151 asymptomatic cases recorded from August 20 to 31 of 2022. Given that was 5 months ago, and all were asymptomatic, surely these would have been resolved by now.
Now, if most cases typically resolve themselves in 5-7 days there is NO WAY that the DOH data can be accurate and reliable. The only probably legitimate cases are the small blip at the right end of the graph, only 56 cases. They are the most likely the only ACTIVE asymptomatic cases currently in the country.
This review only presents the findings on the 6,658 ASYMPTOMATIC CASES, of which only 56 may truly be active (how can an asymptomatic case be active?). There are still 3,897 MILD and MODERATE ACTIVE cases which also include similar questionable (and long standing) records.
The DOH needs to investigate and either confirm that the long-standing active cases (say longer than 4 weeks) are indeed still active, or if they cannot be verified, then they need to be written off based on time elapsed.
If the data is not accurate now, sure this also begs the question on how accurate DOH data has been over the past nearly 3 years! Bear in mind that DOH data has been used to allocate funds, to impose lockdowns, to drive fear, to push vaccinations!
Thanks to Elon Musk, real discussions are happening over at Twitter. Dr. Guido David is a mathematician and an Octa Fellow. Octa Research is an independent research group which has somehow become an advisory group to the Philippines Government. Dr. David makes regular public statement about Covid-19, and the active cases. Barry’s information has been posted and is currently being discussed with Dr. David.
Entire public policy surrounding Covid-19 in the Philippines may be being based on expired phantom data.
What if there really are only less than 4,000 active cases in the Philippines. For our population of 110 million, that gives an incidence of 0.0036%.
For 1 case per 27,500, people are still required to do PCR and Antigen Testing, people are still required to present vaccine cards, people are still masking! Way out of proportion!
Meanwhile, the WHO has extended their declaration of Covid-19 as a public health emergency. They are laughing at us. Phantom illness has granted them massive power over the world.
Meanwhile here is the specter of WHO claiming they need a bigger role, more power, and more money for the next global health emergency!
Watch out! They are pushing for legislated overreach worldwide; using HB6522 in the Philippines. Citizens need to stand up now for our very future.

Vergeire 'ready' to lead DoH if Marcos appoints her.🤮
It is a Normal statistic in the Philippines to see about 100,000+ deaths years from upper and lower respiratory infections. Plus another 50,000+ from tuberculosis & Pneumonia and 37,000+ children deaths from starvation in addition to 150,000+ from UNKNOWN CAUSES. The government never flinched a muscle when these statistics were reported for decades. There was No concern & No investigation as to WHY 150,000+ were dying from UNKNOWN causes YEARLY! COMPARE THESE COMMON STATISTICS TO THE 3 YEAR COVID STATS of 65,775 and Covid is CLEARLY NOT A SIGNIFICANT cause of serious illness or death. MOST CASES OF COVID IN THE PHILIPPINES IS MILD WITH A 98%+ RECOVERY RATE. Starvation is 100% severe with a near ZERO % recovery rate. https://photos.kitakitz.com/Covid19-Philippines
