Case Study: All Cause Mortality Negros Oriental

All cause mortality excess deaths were 30% in the 2021 January to September Data. They are now 54.2% in the 2021 January to December Data, meaning that the causative factor is accelerating over time.

Followers of this page already know that 2021 has a very high and unprecedented excess all cause mortality in the Philippines, in still preliminary data.

A friend asked me to update the available all cause mortality for Negros Oriental province. When I last assessed the Negros Oriental Data covering January up to September 2021, excess deaths stood at 30%.

Now with the current, still incomplete data excess deaths stand at 54.4%. This represents 4,377 more people who died in 2021 than in 2020.

These excess deaths are spread across every single city, with no city spared the scourge of excess deaths. Excess deaths in these cities range from 21% to 85% above the 2020 all cause mortality.

I have plotted excess deaths in Negros Oriental by month. From this it becomes apparent that excess deaths started to noticeably build by March of 2021. That is concurrent with the initial covid-19 vaccine rollout. Deaths then soared in August and onwards, concurrent with the covid-19 vaccine rollout to the general population. PSA data particularly for November and December of 2021 is still incomplete and we cannot assume that the apparent drops in deaths in November and December mean that the causative factor has been removed.

I do not have access to vaccine administration by province. However, here are the vaccine rollouts by both daily doses and cumulative doses in Philippines. There is a massive increase in uptake in last quarter, and particularly November and December of 2021.

If the vaccines are implicated the excess all cause mortality, the end of 2021 data, when it is complete, will continue to show worsening mortality trending for the Philippines population.

Interestingly, the rise in covid-19 attributed deaths preceded the rise in cases! Could the deaths be less related to covid-19 infection, and more related to the vaccine rollout?

The rise in deaths however, does appear to follow the rise in vaccine doses. November and December 2021 all cause mortality data when complete may be revealing.

Each death point on these graph represents a person’s life! Please keep those who have passed in your memory and in your heart! If these people have died as a result of the population intervention, we must find the truth! We must ensure that their passing has not been in vain!
