SENATOR RALPH BABET: Thank you, Acting Deputy President. So in March of this year, March this year, I asked the Senate to establish a select committee to investigate excess deaths and unexplained mortality in our nation. Now at that time there had been tens of thousands, tens of thousands of excess deaths reported since back in 2022.
Now it was like a full passenger plane, a big one, one of those jet, jet aircraft crashing every single week for 11 months without explanation and without investigation. Yet incredibly, the Senate refused. Only four senators, just four, had the courage to back my committee. Four.
Now it wasn't just the Senate that was determined to ignore the elephant in the room, with a few honorable exceptions, it was the entire political class in Australia and at every level.
Now thankfully, there was one group that didn't turn their back on the Australian people in their time of need, the medical experts at the Australian Medical Professionals' Society, otherwise known as AMPS.* So they stepped up to the plate, they did the hard work that my colleagues in this place, unfortunately and shamefully, refused to do.
Now they have put their findings in a book titled Too Many Dead: An Inquiry into Australia's Excess Mortality.** Now this is bound to attract attention around the world. Now as I speak in this chamber, AMPS are here in Canberra presenting their finding to elected members and senators and their staff.***
Now I urge my colleagues in this place to have a heart, hopefully one that's not scarred with myocarditis, vaccine-induced myocarditis, to take the time to listen to these medical experts, and most importantly, to act. The time has come to act.
Australians still continue to die in large numbers. And unfortunately, the inaction in this place, it speaks volumes.

AMPS remains fully committed to defending your right to treat patients as you see fit and respects the enormous amount of medical training undergone to achieve this right. AHPRA and Government must be drastically limited in this space.
MP ESTHER MCVEY: Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker. I too want to thank my honorable friend for Christ Church* for bringing this bill here today, for the work that's gone into that, for the research that has gone into that for the people he's reached out and spoken to about that.
And at the tail end of his speech he talked about the phrase safe and effective. And I'd like to pick up on that phrase and start my speech from there.
A phrase, safe and effective, that became the covid vaccine catchphrase, we'll call it that, that was repeated so many times over the last couple of years it cropped up everywhere, in government communications, in interviews with experts, and across a media too, only too happy to run with that covid slogan, safe and effective.
So ingrained did that become in the national psyche that to ever then ask questions about the covid vaccine became very difficult to do indeed. And asking questions is a vital part of scientific and indeed political debate. However when discussing covid we no longer appeared to be dealing with science, oh no, Mr. Deputy Speaker, but rather the science. And to question the science was to risk being called and labeled a covidiot, or that most poisonous of terms, anti-vaxxer. People who just wanted to query this new vaccine were closed down and were vilified.
So I looked up the definition of anti-vaxxer and was surprised to learn that it is someone who opposes the use of some or all vaccines, regulations mandating vaccination, or usually both. And there were 246 of us in this house who, on the 13th of July 2021, voted against mandating the vaccines for care workers. That's 246 anti-vaxxers in this house according to the latest definition. And that's absolute nonsense. People weren't anti-vaxxers.
Other people have been now concerned that other vaccines families are losing faith in because of the way they were treated due to the covid 19 vaccines. We've seen there has been a drop in the MMR vaccine, we've seen there has been a drop in the polio vaccine, which is wrong, people do need to take those vaccines, but all people in this house want to do was question this new vaccine, to have a debate on it, particularly when this house was wanting to mandate it on people and on care workers.
So my point is this, if we allow language to be corrupted in this way and definitions of words to be bent out of shape, then we lack the tools for nuanced debate. And it is only by having a wide and open debate that we get to the central gravity of truth.
I don't think we've had anything like a wide and open debate on the topic of the covid 19 vaccines, about their safety and their efficacy.
And I come back to the word safe, free from harm or risk of any kind, a word with an absolute definition, not to be qualified or diminished. And yet we know that the covid 19 vaccines, like all medical interventions, are not 100% free from risk or danger. And that's why the Blue Guide, a document published by the MHRA,** which gives detailed guidance on the legislation controlling how medicines are advertised in the UK says this:
"Advertising which states or implies that a product is safe is unacceptable. All medicines have the potential for side effects and no medicine is completely risk free. As individual patients respond differently to treatment this principle is also replicated within the UK pharmaceutical Industries own self-regulatory code of practice, which also States the word safe must not be used without qualification."
On that basis and, worryingly, both Pfizer and AstraZenica are guilty by their own industry
self-regulatory code of breaking their own best practice. They were found to have misled the public both by misrepresenting and overstating the efficacy of the covid vaccines and erroneously describing them as safe in press releases and on social media, without qualification.
How many other organizations and individuals are also guilty of misleading the public in this way?
We were told that AstraZenica vaccines were perfectly safe, that word again, and there was no evidence of blood clots. But the advice was changed on the 7th of April 2021 so that those under the age of 30 years old should be offered an alternative brand due to the now proven link with blood clots. And then the advice changed again so that under 40s should be offered an alternative brand. A
safety signal was picked up and acted upon, thank goodness. But in Denmark the problem was picked up much sooner. They paused the use of AstraZeneca on the 11th of March 2021 after they had vaccinated 734,000 people. At the same time 24 million people had been vaccinated in the UK without the MHRA detecting a signal of a problem.
Why were we so far behind the curve? Was it because debate had been closed down? Was it because people were not allowed to even question what was going on?
And what about mRNA vaccines? In Florida last year the state Surgeon General recommended against males aged between 18 and 39 from receiving mRNA covid 19 vaccines of any brand.
My question is, what evidence was Florida reacting to? And is the MHRA urgently looking into whether we should be following suit here?
In July 2020 the government published the first Do No Harm report. It highlighted significant problems and stated that the MHRA needs substantial revision particularly in relation to adverse event reporting and medical device regulation. It needs to ensure that it engages more with patients and their outcomes. The spontaneous reporting platform for medicines and devices, the yellow cards system, needs reform. The system is not good enough at spotting trends in practice and outcomes that give rise to safety concerns. What has been done since that report was published just over over two years ago? Have these concerns been heard and acted upon? Dame June Raine*** the head of the MHRA recently said that the covid pandemic has catalyzed the transformation of the regulator from watchdog to an enabler, which doesn't exactly sound like good news for anyone concerned about safety.
Ultimately it comes down to this. The government repeatedly told the public that covid vaccines were safe, and for many, probably the vast majority, they were but plenty of people have suffered as a result of the decision to follow the government advice and take this new medical intervention. Some have tragically lost their lives, and as was noted last month that the covid inquiry by Anna Morris KC* victims and their families have been marginalized and face stigma and abuse for sharing their symptoms and have been branded anti-vaxx for sharing very real and medically proven vaccine injuries.
This is really quite unacceptable. It is way past time that the government does the right thing and follows the recommendations of my honorable friend from Christ Church.
It has been shocking to hear how slowly the vaccine damage payment scheme has been operating. Applicants having to wait months we heard too from the solicitor Peter Todd at a recent hearing of our APPG on Pandemic Response and Recovery.** He described how 139 applications have been waiting or applicants have been waiting for more than 18 months for a decision on their case. This is excessively long, especially when people are injured and potentially unable to work.
We were also told that 162 claims were found to have had disablement caused by the vaccine but it was judged that they were just not disabled enough to merit a financial reward. And in many of those cases the decision was reached without a doctor meeting or even speaking with the applicant to help with the assessment.
And in the rare cases that there have been awarded money, well, that payment hasn't changed, as my honorable friend for Christ Church said, since 2007, so its value has been eroded by inflation and it simply just isn't good enough.
And so in conclusion, I'll make a plea for transparency and integrity. It's time to be honest with the public about the safety of these vaccines, and we must start by giving them access to information and data without further delay. And we must also, as an urgent priority, look after those who have been damaged, or those who have tragically lost loved ones. We may then begin to restore faith that has undoubtedly been lost in the authorities responsible for protecting and promoting public health.
There are many unanswered questions and the repetition from ministers of those three words, safe and effective, for all the reasons I have just given is simply not good enough an answer. And I'm delighted to be supporting my honorable friend from Christ Church's bill today.

RUSSELL BROADBENT: Today I wanted to hear from a mum, Nikki, who's reached out and asked me to share her family's story with my parliamentary colleagues.
The rate of severe injuries caused by covid-19 vaccines and excess deaths in Australia, especially in younger people, should be front page news. It's one thing for the majority of my colleagues to deliberately block, mock, and ignore this unfolding human health crisis, but why is, why is the media doing the same? It seems that the Academy Awards and reality TV updates take precedence. Really? Where's our humanity? And where's our compassion? There's a time for politics and debate, and there's a time to unite for the good of our nation, and that time is now. Here's Nikki's story.
NIKKI: This message is for you, Russell Broadbent, Federal Member of Parliament, representing the division of Monash in Victoria. Thank you for taking an interest in Johanna's story. It has been 16 months since our beautiful 20 year-old daughter received her mandatory covid vaccination which has resulted in ongoing debilitating heart issues that we still do not have answers for. As her mother I have been shouting our story from the rooftops, but nobody seems to want to listen. You have read Johanna's story and have offered to share my message with your parliamentarian colleagues. Well, Russell, here is my message.
All four members of our family are proud voters. Before our girls turned 18 they knew their vote was valuable and they cast very considered ones, as do we. We respect each other's opinion to not discuss our individual choices with each other. We are the very people who put you in the seats you now occupy.
Devastatingly, over the past three years the blatant coercion the Australian government have displayed and are still displaying, has not only shattered ours and both our daughters pride in the opportunity to vote that you have robbed us and so many people of freedom of choice. We still are told the same lie, the vaccine is safe. Until you walk in my shoes, see your own child suffering [makes air quotes with fingers] the unknown underlying health issue that has now raised its ugly head, and only because she was forced to make a health choice and told, no jab no job, you will never know the anger of being so devastatingly let down by a system that we trusted would always right the wrongs.
It is time, it is time to stop the lies. It is time to begin the healing for your own soul. When you know it to be true and speak about vaccine injuries, speak as I do, alongside me, with the fear in your voice, knowing you may also have made a choice and were so lucky to evade still being trapped in the pandemic like our daughter still is.
This needs to filter through to our specialists who continually say, low iron, anxiety, dehydrated, exercise more, none of which is helpful. I invite you to contact me, to sit down and hear our story. I know you will align because when you remove your position of power, you are someone's son, daughter, mother, father, sister, brother. Somewhere you know someone who has been through this and is still going through it. So now it is the time to speak up in your position of power that we have so proudly placed you in. Speak up now even if your voice shakes.
I've got a whole archive of these transcripts but one more, just to give an idea, this is world-wide. I'm sure you are aware, but because of the heavy censorship and shadow-banning, many of your readers may not, that US Senator Ron Johnson held a panel on vaccine injury in November 2021, and the testimonies of injury were horrific. Some of those who testified also pointed to serious fraud and malice aforethought in the trials and the roll out.

BRIANNE DRESSEN: So as you know, a year ago I received my covid vaccine when I gladly signed up for a clinical trial here in the United States with AstraZeneca. I, ah, as a participant of a clinical trial, I was constantly reassured that if something were to go wrong, there would be thorough and meticulously developed protocols in place to provide a safety net, that the data would be collected and the benefits as well as the risks would be assessed and disclosed to the public. I never had any issue with any vaccines, so I figured this was going to be a smooth easy ride, no big deal.
Prior to my involvement, the pharmaceutical company agreed to pay any medical expense as a result of possible injury. Unfortunately, for a lack of support on their part, we have had to refinance our home to pay for our medical expenses. Like Maddie's* trial, we had a tracking app. Like Maddie's trial, our tracking app had predesignated symptoms in a bullet list with no free form to add any other symptoms. So anything like tingling, tremors, seizures, paresthesias, heart problems, limb weakness, there was no way for us to track that through the app.
The clinical trial report published by the New England Journal of Medicine, I have that slide,** says that the second dose is required to continue in a study. Because my reaction was so severe, AstraZeneca told me I was not allowed to get the second dose. They dropped me from the trial, my data was lost, I was excluded from the trial results, my access to the trial app was deleted. This is different than what is found in the report, which says that these individuals chose to forgo the second dose. Because I couldn't finish the series, I was removed. Why wasn't this data matter?
The clinical trial report also says, serious adverse events will be recorded from the time of signed informed consent through day 730. I last heard from them on day 60. I am almost at day 365, that is 10 months of critical safety data gone.
I continued to suffer and decline as the trial progressed without me. So what are the agencies doing about this? As we have heard, there's a lot of questions that need answers. The heads of the NIH, FDA and CDC have known first hand about my case and thousands of others. These direct reports began as early as last December. I, along with several injured physicians, continued to reach out to the FDA through emails, phone calls. We did video conferences with Peter Marks* and Janet Woodcock,** constant emails with Janet Woodcock and myself directly. We have literally asked, and we have begged, repeatedly for them to acknowledge these reactions. They declined.
They know about, they know that their lack of acknowledgement has created insurmountable barrier to our ability to receive medical care from doctors who rely on these agencies for information. They know about the issues with the clinical trials, they know about the deaths, they know about the lack of followup on VAERS,**** they know about the injuries to children. They know about Mattie. [points to Mattie, who is sitting in a wheelchair with a feeding tube taped to her cheek]. I have discussed Mattie with them. They know about the mandates imposed on the injured. They knew about the suicides as the results on months-long suffering. They know about the aggressive censorship. They know about the media censorship. They know about the scientific censorship. They know all of it. And they have for months.
What does the NIH know? I was one of a lucky few to go to the NIH for research in this area. There was about 50 - 60 people that participated in this research. There was invasive testing, all of the top-of-the-line tests you can imagine, tests that aren't even available to the public. We were instructed by the NIH not to talk about the research. We gladly complied, confident in their reassurances that they would publish their research last summer, which would finally open the door for all victims, [gestures towards the other panelists] all of these people, to receive appropriate medical care.
Unfortunately the NIH is no longer accepting calls on behalf of the injured. This happened shortly after the FDA met with us. This vital lifeline that saved hundreds, myself included, and maybe thousands, that lifeline has now been cut off. The NIH has told me and others that this is an immune mediated response to the spike protein.
CDC, FDA, NIH: We do exist. Your system is broken and you know it. You are constantly and persistently telling the public that your review of the data is thorough and your safety signaling systems are robust when in reality there is huge gaps in your system, every single step of the way. You are not taking care of those who suffer severe adverse reactions. Stop telling the public that you are.
Your refusal to take action means there will be more like us. Take responsibility for your role in the suffering of good Americans who did their part by taking the vaccine and have no idea this could happen to them.
Here is your proper informed consent. If you get covid you will get medical help. But I'm afraid to tell you, if you have this reaction [points to herself], that reaction [points to other panelist], that reaction [points to other panelist], Mattie's reaction [points to Mattie de Garay], Doug's reaction [points to Doug Cameron], you are on your own. The government won't help you. The drug companies won't help you. Your medical teams will have no idea what to do with you. Financially you will be on your own. You will be completely on your own.
I would like to finish with a letter from a friend [pauses, starts to cry] that I received a couple of months ago.
[reading from letter]: "Brie, I cannot take this any longer. This has taken everything away from me. My career, my family, my life. My body will not stop attacking itself and this is beyond the worst amount of torture. They have further erased my very existence. Please accept my apologies, I must bid farewell to this world. Please tell our stories. [pauses] Please make sure the world knows the cruelty that has been imposed upon us. Goodbye my dear friend, I will see you on the flip side."
Rochelle Walensky, Janet Woodcock, Peter Marks, Anthony Fauci, you erased her, and the many others like her. Their blood is on your hands. You cannot bring my friends back but you can save others from their fate if you finally just tell the truth.
If the government won't help us, if the drug companies won't help us, who will help us?

I want you to describe, because you talked to me after our June event, going to the June event there was something like 2,000 people on your various FaceBook groups, support groups of people like your friend there that were using that group to comfort each other, provide counseling to, in your case, you were providing counseling to people who were suicidal. Literally, within a week, I remember talking to Ken Ruettgers,* that group grew into about 5,000. And then, describe what FaceBook did to your support groups.

BRIANNE DRESSEN: They found us and quickly pulled us apart. They eliminated every single person in those groups, and we lost contact with a lot of people that were in crisis.
SENATOR RON JOHNSON: So you mentioned in your testimony that NIH knows about this, CDC knows about this, FDA knows about this. I appreciate what media came here. But not only did we invite these agency heads, we invited mainstream media, or more mainstream media, and of course they didn't show up. In our Milwaukee event in June, we had probably a couple dozen cameras. We had media show up. But unfortunately, not to tell these stories. They showed up, and this isn't about me, but basically, so they could then attack me as an anti-vaxxer, rather than, in the papers across Wisconsin, above-the-fold stories of Brie and Mattie, Ken Ruettger's wife, they didn't tell the stories, instead they just had a picture of me with the headline "So Fundamentally Dangerous." That's what we're up against. That's what these people are up against. This is why they are pleading and begging for help. Again, to be seen, to be heard, to be believed, so they can be cured. So they can recover. But again, all of you, thank you so much

Making it easier for doctors to speak out publicly. Doctors are currently gagged by AHPRA.
The removal of AHPRA from monitoring doctors on social media and voicing their medical opinions.
Resisting Government Coercion.
The ability to speak out about refugee health without fear of de-registration.
Resisting Government mandates.
Resisting Government agencies running roughshod over doctors in what they can prescribe and recommend.
AMPS remains fully committed to defending your right to treat patients as you see fit and respects the enormous amount of medical training undergone to achieve this right. AHPRA and Government must be drastically limited in this space.

MP ESTHER MCVEY: Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker. I too want to thank my honorable friend for Christ Church* for bringing this bill here today, for the work that's gone into that, for the research that has gone into that for the people he's reached out and spoken to about that.
And at the tail end of his speech he talked about the phrase safe and effective. And I'd like to pick up on that phrase and start my speech from there.
A phrase, safe and effective, that became the covid vaccine catchphrase, we'll call it that, that was repeated so many times over the last couple of years it cropped up everywhere, in government communications, in interviews with experts, and across a media too, only too happy to run with that covid slogan, safe and effective.
So ingrained did that become in the national psyche that to ever then ask questions about the covid vaccine became very difficult to do indeed. And asking questions is a vital part of scientific and indeed political debate. However when discussing covid we no longer appeared to be dealing with science, oh no, Mr. Deputy Speaker, but rather the science. And to question the science was to risk being called and labeled a covidiot, or that most poisonous of terms, anti-vaxxer. People who just wanted to query this new vaccine were closed down and were vilified.
So I looked up the definition of anti-vaxxer and was surprised to learn that it is someone who opposes the use of some or all vaccines, regulations mandating vaccination, or usually both. And there were 246 of us in this house who, on the 13th of July 2021, voted against mandating the vaccines for care workers. That's 246 anti-vaxxers in this house according to the latest definition. And that's absolute nonsense. People weren't anti-vaxxers.
Other people have been now concerned that other vaccines families are losing faith in because of the way they were treated due to the covid 19 vaccines. We've seen there has been a drop in the MMR vaccine, we've seen there has been a drop in the polio vaccine, which is wrong, people do need to take those vaccines, but all people in this house want to do was question this new vaccine, to have a debate on it, particularly when this house was wanting to mandate it on people and on care workers.
So my point is this, if we allow language to be corrupted in this way and definitions of words to be bent out of shape, then we lack the tools for nuanced debate. And it is only by having a wide and open debate that we get to the central gravity of truth.
I don't think we've had anything like a wide and open debate on the topic of the covid 19 vaccines, about their safety and their efficacy.
And I come back to the word safe, free from harm or risk of any kind, a word with an absolute definition, not to be qualified or diminished. And yet we know that the covid 19 vaccines, like all medical interventions, are not 100% free from risk or danger. And that's why the Blue Guide, a document published by the MHRA,** which gives detailed guidance on the legislation controlling how medicines are advertised in the UK says this:
"Advertising which states or implies that a product is safe is unacceptable. All medicines have the potential for side effects and no medicine is completely risk free. As individual patients respond differently to treatment this principle is also replicated within the UK pharmaceutical Industries own self-regulatory code of practice, which also States the word safe must not be used without qualification."
On that basis and, worryingly, both Pfizer and AstraZenica are guilty by their own industry
self-regulatory code of breaking their own best practice. They were found to have misled the public both by misrepresenting and overstating the efficacy of the covid vaccines and erroneously describing them as safe in press releases and on social media, without qualification.
How many other organizations and individuals are also guilty of misleading the public in this way?
We were told that AstraZenica vaccines were perfectly safe, that word again, and there was no evidence of blood clots. But the advice was changed on the 7th of April 2021 so that those under the age of 30 years old should be offered an alternative brand due to the now proven link with blood clots. And then the advice changed again so that under 40s should be offered an alternative brand. A
safety signal was picked up and acted upon, thank goodness. But in Denmark the problem was picked up much sooner. They paused the use of AstraZeneca on the 11th of March 2021 after they had vaccinated 734,000 people. At the same time 24 million people had been vaccinated in the UK without the MHRA detecting a signal of a problem.
Why were we so far behind the curve? Was it because debate had been closed down? Was it because people were not allowed to even question what was going on?
And what about mRNA vaccines? In Florida last year the state Surgeon General recommended against males aged between 18 and 39 from receiving mRNA covid 19 vaccines of any brand.
My question is, what evidence was Florida reacting to? And is the MHRA urgently looking into whether we should be following suit here?
In July 2020 the government published the first Do No Harm report. It highlighted significant problems and stated that the MHRA needs substantial revision particularly in relation to adverse event reporting and medical device regulation. It needs to ensure that it engages more with patients and their outcomes. The spontaneous reporting platform for medicines and devices, the yellow cards system, needs reform. The system is not good enough at spotting trends in practice and outcomes that give rise to safety concerns. What has been done since that report was published just over over two years ago? Have these concerns been heard and acted upon? Dame June Raine*** the head of the MHRA recently said that the covid pandemic has catalyzed the transformation of the regulator from watchdog to an enabler, which doesn't exactly sound like good news for anyone concerned about safety.
Ultimately it comes down to this. The government repeatedly told the public that covid vaccines were safe, and for many, probably the vast majority, they were but plenty of people have suffered as a result of the decision to follow the government advice and take this new medical intervention. Some have tragically lost their lives, and as was noted last month that the covid inquiry by Anna Morris KC* victims and their families have been marginalized and face stigma and abuse for sharing their symptoms and have been branded anti-vaxx for sharing very real and medically proven vaccine injuries.

This is really quite unacceptable. It is way past time that the government does the right thing and follows the recommendations of my honorable friend from Christ Church.
It has been shocking to hear how slowly the vaccine damage payment scheme has been operating. Applicants having to wait months we heard too from the solicitor Peter Todd at a recent hearing of our APPG on Pandemic Response and Recovery.** He described how 139 applications have been waiting or applicants have been waiting for more than 18 months for a decision on their case. This is excessively long, especially when people are injured and potentially unable to work.
We were also told that 162 claims were found to have had disablement caused by the vaccine but it was judged that they were just not disabled enough to merit a financial reward. And in many of those cases the decision was reached without a doctor meeting or even speaking with the applicant to help with the assessment.
And in the rare cases that there have been awarded money, well, that payment hasn't changed, as my honorable friend for Christ Church said, since 2007, so its value has been eroded by inflation and it simply just isn't good enough.
And so in conclusion, I'll make a plea for transparency and integrity. It's time to be honest with the public about the safety of these vaccines, and we must start by giving them access to information and data without further delay. And we must also, as an urgent priority, look after those who have been damaged, or those who have tragically lost loved ones. We may then begin to restore faith that has undoubtedly been lost in the authorities responsible for protecting and promoting public health.
There are many unanswered questions and the repetition from ministers of those three words, safe and effective, for all the reasons I have just given is simply not good enough an answer. And I'm delighted to be supporting my honorable friend from Christ Church's bill today.

RUSSELL BROADBENT: Today I wanted to hear from a mum, Nikki, who's reached out and asked me to share her family's story with my parliamentary colleagues.
The rate of severe injuries caused by covid-19 vaccines and excess deaths in Australia, especially in younger people, should be front page news. It's one thing for the majority of my colleagues to deliberately block, mock, and ignore this unfolding human health crisis, but why is, why is the media doing the same? It seems that the Academy Awards and reality TV updates take precedence. Really? Where's our humanity? And where's our compassion? There's a time for politics and debate, and there's a time to unite for the good of our nation, and that time is now. Here's Nikki's story.
NIKKI: This message is for you, Russell Broadbent, Federal Member of Parliament, representing the division of Monash in Victoria. Thank you for taking an interest in Johanna's story. It has been 16 months since our beautiful 20 year-old daughter received her mandatory covid vaccination which has resulted in ongoing debilitating heart issues that we still do not have answers for. As her mother I have been shouting our story from the rooftops, but nobody seems to want to listen. You have read Johanna's story and have offered to share my message with your parliamentarian colleagues. Well, Russell, here is my message.
All four members of our family are proud voters. Before our girls turned 18 they knew their vote was valuable and they cast very considered ones, as do we. We respect each other's opinion to not discuss our individual choices with each other. We are the very people who put you in the seats you now occupy.
Devastatingly, over the past three years the blatant coercion the Australian government have displayed and are still displaying, has not only shattered ours and both our daughters pride in the opportunity to vote that you have robbed us and so many people of freedom of choice. We still are told the same lie, the vaccine is safe. Until you walk in my shoes, see your own child suffering [makes air quotes with fingers] the unknown underlying health issue that has now raised its ugly head, and only because she was forced to make a health choice and told, no jab no job, you will never know the anger of being so devastatingly let down by a system that we trusted would always right the wrongs.
It is time, it is time to stop the lies. It is time to begin the healing for your own soul. When you know it to be true and speak about vaccine injuries, speak as I do, alongside me, with the fear in your voice, knowing you may also have made a choice and were so lucky to evade still being trapped in the pandemic like our daughter still is.
This needs to filter through to our specialists who continually say, low iron, anxiety, dehydrated, exercise more, none of which is helpful. I invite you to contact me, to sit down and hear our story. I know you will align because when you remove your position of power, you are someone's son, daughter, mother, father, sister, brother. Somewhere you know someone who has been through this and is still going through it. So now it is the time to speak up in your position of power that we have so proudly placed you in. Speak up now even if your voice shakes.

I'm sure you are aware, but because of the heavy censorship and shadow-banning, many of your readers may not, that US Senator Ron Johnson held a panel on vaccine injury in November 2021, and the testimonies of injury were horrific. Some of those who testified also pointed to serious fraud and malice aforethought in the trials and the roll out.

BRIANNE DRESSEN: So as you know, a year ago I received my covid vaccine when I gladly signed up for a clinical trial here in the United States with AstraZeneca. I, ah, as a participant of a clinical trial, I was constantly reassured that if something were to go wrong, there would be thorough and meticulously developed protocols in place to provide a safety net, that the data would be collected and the benefits as well as the risks would be assessed and disclosed to the public. I never had any issue with any vaccines, so I figured this was going to be a smooth easy ride, no big deal.
Prior to my involvement, the pharmaceutical company agreed to pay any medical expense as a result of possible injury. Unfortunately, for a lack of support on their part, we have had to refinance our home to pay for our medical expenses. Like Maddie's* trial, we had a tracking app. Like Maddie's trial, our tracking app had predesignated symptoms in a bullet list with no free form to add any other symptoms. So anything like tingling, tremors, seizures, paresthesias, heart problems, limb weakness, there was no way for us to track that through the app.
The clinical trial report published by the New England Journal of Medicine, I have that slide,** says that the second dose is required to continue in a study. Because my reaction was so severe, AstraZeneca told me I was not allowed to get the second dose. They dropped me from the trial, my data was lost, I was excluded from the trial results, my access to the trial app was deleted. This is different than what is found in the report, which says that these individuals chose to forgo the second dose. Because I couldn't finish the series, I was removed. Why wasn't this data matter?
The clinical trial report also says, serious adverse events will be recorded from the time of signed informed consent through day 730. I last heard from them on day 60. I am almost at day 365, that is 10 months of critical safety data gone.
I continued to suffer and decline as the trial progressed without me. So what are the agencies doing about this? As we have heard, there's a lot of questions that need answers. The heads of the NIH, FDA and CDC have known first hand about my case and thousands of others. These direct reports began as early as last December. I, along with several injured physicians, continued to reach out to the FDA through emails, phone calls. We did video conferences with Peter Marks* and Janet Woodcock,** constant emails with Janet Woodcock and myself directly. We have literally asked, and we have begged, repeatedly for them to acknowledge these reactions. They declined.
They know about, they know that their lack of acknowledgement has created insurmountable barrier to our ability to receive medical care from doctors who rely on these agencies for information. They know about the issues with the clinical trials, they know about the deaths, they know about the lack of followup on VAERS,**** they know about the injuries to children. They know about Mattie. [points to Mattie, who is sitting in a wheelchair with a feeding tube taped to her cheek]. I have discussed Mattie with them. They know about the mandates imposed on the injured. They knew about the suicides as the results on months-long suffering. They know about the aggressive censorship. They know about the media censorship. They know about the scientific censorship. They know all of it. And they have for months.
What does the NIH know? I was one of a lucky few to go to the NIH for research in this area. There was about 50 - 60 people that participated in this research. There was invasive testing, all of the top-of-the-line tests you can imagine, tests that aren't even available to the public. We were instructed by the NIH not to talk about the research. We gladly complied, confident in their reassurances that they would publish their research last summer, which would finally open the door for all victims, [gestures towards the other panelists] all of these people, to receive appropriate medical care.
Unfortunately the NIH is no longer accepting calls on behalf of the injured. This happened shortly after the FDA met with us. This vital lifeline that saved hundreds, myself included, and maybe thousands, that lifeline has now been cut off. The NIH has told me and others that this is an immune mediated response to the spike protein.
CDC, FDA, NIH: We do exist. Your system is broken and you know it. You are constantly and persistently telling the public that your review of the data is thorough and your safety signaling systems are robust when in reality there is huge gaps in your system, every single step of the way. You are not taking care of those who suffer severe adverse reactions. Stop telling the public that you are.
Your refusal to take action means there will be more like us. Take responsibility for your role in the suffering of good Americans who did their part by taking the vaccine and have no idea this could happen to them.
Here is your proper informed consent. If you get covid you will get medical help. But I'm afraid to tell you, if you have this reaction [points to herself], that reaction [points to other panelist], that reaction [points to other panelist], Mattie's reaction [points to Mattie de Garay], Doug's reaction [points to Doug Cameron], you are on your own. The government won't help you. The drug companies won't help you. Your medical teams will have no idea what to do with you. Financially you will be on your own. You will be completely on your own.
I would like to finish with a letter from a friend [pauses, starts to cry] that I received a couple of months ago.
[reading from letter]: "Brie, I cannot take this any longer. This has taken everything away from me. My career, my family, my life. My body will not stop attacking itself and this is beyond the worst amount of torture. They have further erased my very existence. Please accept my apologies, I must bid farewell to this world. Please tell our stories. [pauses] Please make sure the world knows the cruelty that has been imposed upon us. Goodbye my dear friend, I will see you on the flip side."
Rochelle Walensky, Janet Woodcock, Peter Marks, Anthony Fauci, you erased her, and the many others like her. Their blood is on your hands. You cannot bring my friends back but you can save others from their fate if you finally just tell the truth.
If the government won't help us, if the drug companies won't help us, who will help us?

I want you to describe, because you talked to me after our June event, going to the June event there was something like 2,000 people on your various FaceBook groups, support groups of people like your friend there that were using that group to comfort each other, provide counseling to, in your case, you were providing counseling to people who were suicidal. Literally, within a week, I remember talking to Ken Ruettgers,* that group grew into about 5,000. And then, describe what FaceBook did to your support groups.

BRIANNE DRESSEN: They found us and quickly pulled us apart. They eliminated every single person in those groups, and we lost contact with a lot of people that were in crisis.
SENATOR RON JOHNSON: So you mentioned in your testimony that NIH knows about this, CDC knows about this, FDA knows about this. I appreciate what media came here. But not only did we invite these agency heads, we invited mainstream media, or more mainstream media, and of course they didn't show up. In our Milwaukee event in June, we had probably a couple dozen cameras. We had media show up. But unfortunately, not to tell these stories. They showed up, and this isn't about me, but basically, so they could then attack me as an anti-vaxxer, rather than, in the papers across Wisconsin, above-the-fold stories of Brie and Mattie, Ken Ruettger's wife, they didn't tell the stories, instead they just had a picture of me with the headline "So Fundamentally Dangerous." That's what we're up against. That's what these people are up against. This is why they are pleading and begging for help. Again, to be seen, to be heard, to be believed, so they can be cured. So they can recover. But again, all of you, thank you so much
