DOH Claim Excess Deaths in 2021 are All Due to Lack of Access to Medical Care Due to Lockdowns. If that were true how do they justify lockdowns? Why no excess in 2020 which was also a lockdown year?

Apologies readers for the late updates. The team are still recovering was the marathon effort to present to the congressional hearing on Tuesday 14th November 2023. DOH and PSA had sent representatives, instead of their senior persons invited. DOH personnel were not happy. Congressman Dan Fernandez did not allow them to leave early to go to budget hearings! Perhaps they had not expected to be grilled? He also advised all present that senior officers of departments should be present at the next hearing, if their invitations had been properly received, else they would be subpoenaed to attend. The invitations had included the WHO representative, who was not present.

One of our lawyers got to speak (informally) with media who were present. She found out that, the past, they had been paid not to report on any news that would undermine Covid-19 Vaccine support. I guess that explains the following media piece, which is the only piece I have found reporting on the inquiry. The reporter quotes DOH claiming that there have only been 9 deaths linked to Covid-19 vaccines. Never mind, that 2,855 deaths had been reported to the FDA as of 30 September 2023, and less than half of them have been subjected to root cause evaluation. Never mind that the FDA can initiate a drug recall on mere suspicion of harm!

In other Covid-19 news, there has been a major leak of DOH vaccination data to the dark web! Full personal (and medical) details are reported to have been hacked. The implications remain to be determined.

49.7 million doses of Covid-19 jabs were wasted, as reported by Senator Cayetano, in a separate budget hearing session, also on Tuesday afternoon, at an estimated cost of PHP22 Billion. No funds have been appropriated for Covid-19 vaccines in 2024.

The DOH claimed that Covid-19 vaccination (and all vaccination) saves millions of lives. They insist that all excess deaths in 2021 are due to lack of access to medical care, resulting in deaths from existing conditions. If that were the case wouldn’t it represent abysmal failure of lockdowns?

I present a plot showing two pre-pandemic years (for reference) and then 3 by-pandemic-year deaths. 1st year of the pandemic Mar 20 - Feb 21, hard lockdowns (control year). 2nd year of the pandemic (Mar 21 - Feb 22), continued hard lockdowns but with vaccines added (1st experiment year), and deaths soar. 3rd year of the pandemic (Mar 22 - Feb 23), lockdowns are gradually lifted, vaccination continues at a lower rate. Deaths are still higher than prior years, aside from 2021.

The onus to explain and prove what happened lies with public health authorities. I don’t buy the sudden, specific to March 2021, increase in deaths due to pre-existing conditions!
