DOH Depending on CDC Bill to Bring in Bivalent Vaccines. Manila Times Reporting on Vaccine Injuries! DOH Not Clearing Old Covid Cases from Running Tally. PSA Not Providing Vital Population Updates.

Doesn't the PSA have a patriotic duty to collect and disseminate accurate and timely population vital statistics information to allow assessment of the outcomes of the COVID-19 pandemic measures?

The DOH is allowed to bring products without CPR to manage declared public health emergencies under the pending CDC Bill (SB1869). They have determined that they cannot bring in donated vaccines due to indemnity requirements, and thus are now waiting for the passage of the CDC Bill so that they can bring in donated Bivalent Covid-19 Vaccines.

The DOH no longer has any timeline for the importation of donated bivalent vaccines (3:25 minutes, mostly Tagalog language clip).

However, even if SB1869 is eventually passed, the DOH seems to have overlooked that Covid-19 is no longer a health emergency in the Philippines. In a country that typically has around 600,000 normal deaths a year, there have only been 104 deaths blamed on Covid-19 in 2023 up to the end of March 2023 (Source DOH Covid-19 Tracker)!

The jabs will be even further expired and outdated by the time they can get any importation authorization!

Vaccine Injuries in the Media

The Manila Times has published two articles on Covid-19 Vaccine injuries in the past week. On 31 March, The Manila Times ran a headline reporting the latest adverse reactions data as of 28 February 2023 which reported 2,801 deaths and more than 112,000 reports of harm. Of course, we know that this system, similar to the VAERS and all other international systems, grossly undercaptures events. Limited knowledge about and even access to on-line reporting systems would likely make underreporting in the Philippines even worse than in other countries.

The second article was run on Saturday 1st April 2023. In it PAO (Philippines Attorney’s Office which is running a case against Covid-19 vaccination of children dared DOH OIC Vergeire, and Former health secretary Duque to show up in court to explain the 1000s of deaths linked with Covid-19 vaccination.

DOH Not Clearing Old Covid-19 Cases from Tally

Covid-19 cases are reported to have jumped by 33% to an average of 246/day. Of the new cases only 13 were critical. 58 deaths were reported but none of these were recent (DOH continually backdates and adds deaths to their tally, sometimes as far back as 2020).

The DOH reports 9,680 active cases, however, it should be noted that the majority of these date back to asymptomatic cases from August 2022. which have still not been marked as resolved. Further 90% of cases are listed as asymptomatic or mild. The asymptomatics were never sick, the mild should have resolved within a few days (summary via Barry Murrell, CDCPH 25 March 2023 Huddle). At most there should only be 1000 or so active cases in the country. Respiratory illness deaths in the Philippines historically claim 6 - 7,000 Filipinos a month (80,000 a year)! Covid-19 no longer gets a look in! It is OVER!

There are other far more concerning illness needing attention and funding. The Phillippines is bracing for an influx of cancer patients! They blame delays in health care access over the past 3 years due to lockdowns, and lifestyle. They note lack or facilities, resources, and funds for treatment. What about the Covid-19 vaccine triggered cancers? These are rapidly escalating across all age-groups.

Where is the PSA Population Data?

All-cause mortality data is an excellent tool for monitoring of population health and outcomes. This is even more critical given the experience and participation in a mass clinical trial over the past 3 years.

The last population data released by PSA was as of October 2022, providing apparently reasonably complete data for 2022 up to July 2022. 2021 data was released (compilation effectivity was as of March 2022 - via FOI, thus even the 2021 data is likely incomplete).

It is now April 2023. Complete, though preliminary, 2022 data should be available by now; historically it has taken about 3 months for death data to be substantially complete, about 4 months for birth data to be substantially complete. NO 2023 data yet been released.

So much for regular monthly reports! So much for transparency!

DOH is not collecting data on population health outcomes relating to the Covid-19 vaccination efforts. Therefore, the determination of population outcomes falls squarely on PSA. Given excess deaths and plummeting births worldwide, it would be critical for the Philippines to determine its own status.

Doesn’t PSA have a patriotic responsibility to collect and disseminate timely and accurate information? Will the Senate and Filipinos compel release of this information? We need answers. We need them now!
