DOH Will Continue Current COVID-19 Health Measures Even Without a Global Health Emergency. Roadblock HIT for New Purchases of Jabs Which Can Now Only Be Purchased Under Regular Procurement.

Without the State of Calamity, under EUA Conditions, DOH is only permitted to use up existing on-hand stocks. Nothing about further purchases! Nothing about accepting donated products!

RESTRICTIONS STAY, EVEN WITH PANDEMIC END. WILL DOH CONTINUE HEALTH MEASURES FOREVER?

DOH OIC Vergeire has confirmed that even if the WHO lifts the COVID-19 Global Health Emergency, the Philippines will still continue with current measures. Living up to Reagan’s speech, that Governments never ever voluntarily relinquish controls and powers they have taken.

Meaning, current testing for COVID-19 for women about to give birth, for people needing a hospital stay for treatment for non-covid-19 conditions, before attending projects sites, before staying in hotels, before allowing unvaccinated travelers to enter the country. Meaning vaccine cards. Vaccine certificates? DOES DOH INTEND THAT THE MEASURES THAT WERE IMPOSED WILL NEVER BE ROLLED BACK, EVER, JUST IN CASE?

All of this testing is not just inconvenient, it is EXPENSIVE! It is hindrance to business, at a time when inflation is soaring hurting everyone, and businesses need obstacles and expenses removed, not continued!

Low Booster Uptake

Vergeire pushing Covid-19 vaccines. Crowing that booster uptake is now up to 27% of eligible population. Meaning 73% of the eligible population don’t want any more doses!

Benefits to recipients, and advserse events the same as those from the monovalent products, apparently citing the USCDC as her source. VAERS information would belie her claims (discussed later).

But US FDA have raised an alarm signal, even as they claim that the signal is “unlikely”. Only 130 people out of 550,000 aged 65 and older were reported to have had a stroke within 21 days after jab (a rate of 0.02%). Too bad if you were one of those 130! What about other adverse reactions?

Philippines Media Finally Mentions ‘Vaccines always have a risk’

Finally, from another article, the Philippines media reports that there could be risks associated with the medical interventions of vaccines.

This is after nearly 2 years of the FDA and DOH claiming (and still claims) that the COVID-19 Injections are safe and effective and that side effects are rare and nearly always mild, or unrelated to the vaccines just injected.

Of course, no alarm signal in the US VAERS system, via OpenVaers. No signal from the 33,591 deaths and 1,499,447 reports made as of January 6, 2023!

No signal in terms of historical reported deaths compared to deaths since jab rollout in 2021 (first plot). Not in terms of days to onset of reported injury post covid-19 vaccine (second plot), where majority of AEFI occurred on day of and within first week post injection. Nothing to see, except soaring red bars!

Nothing to hear but the silence of officials complicit in the genocide of their people!

DOH have hit a roadblock! Finally!

From back in 2021, it seemed that the Philippines Government really did consider that the only solution to the pandemic was vaccination. Though they never succeeded in making the jabs mandatory, they made life so difficult for those who did not partake, that many gave in, and they certainly proceeded as if vaccines were the ultimate solution.

As of 15th January 2023, DOH have managed to reach within the stated target with 73.8 million Filipinos reported as having completed dosing. But, finally, it seems they have hit a roadblock in their desire to continue jabbing the population! They have discovered that they are not authorized to purchase additional EUA products considering that the state of calamity allowing previous purchase has expired last December 31, 2022! How could they not have known this would happen? They just tried to purchase anyway, and were told “you can’t”?

DOH acknowledges that they now have to follow normal procurement rules. I suspect that their activities may be even further roadblocked. Can they procure products that are not licensed under normal product licensing rules? I think not! The COVID-19 Products do not have marketing authorization or regular Certificates of Product Registration (CPR).

Can DOH even accept donation of EUA products, if there is no longer a state of calamity? Again, I would think not! They must have marketing authorization / CPR.

Here is the validity clause from the Pfizer Product EUA. EUA is only valid during public health emergency. On hand stock may be consumed only for the sole purpose of exhausting remaining products! It says nothing about receipt of donated products AFTER the end of the declared public health emergency.

I want to cheer from the rooftops! This roadblock may save some Filipinos from harm! Please share! Everyone needs to know that even while the remaining stock products can be used, there is no longer any liability protection!

The vaccinators need to be told they are at risk of being sued if injuries occur. Newly injured people need to seek legal assistance to claim compensation! I am not into “litigation” however this is a case where all legal means possible should be pursued, against all approving and administering parties, if they have acted out of line, who have so damaged this beloved country and her people!
