MAY WE KNOW … ?  

Yesterday, December 1, 2023, was the deadline for countries to object to the problematic amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) of the World Health Organization (WHO) which were approved by the 75th World Health Assembly (WHA) last May 2022. Member-countries now have only 10 months (instead of the previous 18 months) to object to future IHR amendments, and only 1 year (instead of the previous 2 years) to harmonize Philippine laws to be compliant with WHO regulations. These amendments not only significantly deviate from the original WHO treaty: the manner by which they were approved violates the WHO constitution itself. 

• Why does the Department of Health (DOH) not know about this deadline?

• Why is the WHO rushing to enact the 300+ IHR amendments during the upcoming 77th WHA this May 2024 without sufficient public consultation with the sovereign governments of the world and their respective citizens?

• Why are they rushing us to commit while we are still in the process of figuring out why and how 2021 became, according to the Population Commission, the “deadliest year in Philippine history”, even surpassing World War 2?  

• Why did an unprecedented number of Filipinos die in 2021 but not in 2020, the first year of the pandemic?

• Why did so many die suddenly (SADS or Sudden Adult Death Syndrome) despite not having any previous ailments?

• Why are so many people now dying of heart attacks, strokes, and aneurysms?

• Why is “Turbo Cancer” so common these days?

• Why are more and more children being afflicted with myocarditis and AIDS?

• Why is the Department of Health (DOH) so unperturbed and nonchalant about this emerging national health crisis, and not interested at all to find out what is causing these worsening health conditions among our citizens? 

• Why does the DOH still claim that the COVID-19 vaccines are “safe and effective” despite the fact that almost 3,000 deaths and more than 10,000 recorded Serious Adverse Effects have been officially reported in relation to these vaccines?

• Why does the DOH and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) ignore their own regulations that require them to investigate and withdraw from the market any product that has already officially recorded at least two (2) deaths or serious adverse events? 

• Why is the DOH not collecting and monitoring the vaccination status of patients who are hospitalized or dying due to COVID-19 or other causes?

• Why were there cases where COVID-19 was declared as the cause of death even though the patients died from non-related causes?  

• Why were the bodies of those who died from COVID-19 compulsorily cremated within twelve (12) hours even though the law only requires burial within twenty-four (24) hours? 

• Why isn’t the government actively informing the public that there is a COVID-19 indemnity fund that can provide compensation for death or disability resulting from the COVID-19 vaccines?

• Why is it so difficult to claim from PhilHealth for Adverse Effects Following Immunization (AEFI)?

• Why is the maximum compensation award One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP100,000?) Is that how cheap human life is? 

• Why is the Philippine government intruding into the sacred doctor-patient relationship and interfering with the doctors’ methods of healing their patients?

• Why are private business interests still aggressively promoting the COVID19 vaccines even though the pandemic was already officially declared to be over last July 2023? 

• Why did the Supreme Court summarily dismiss all cases that raised legitimate legal issues relating to the COVID-19 pandemic?

• Why were the courts, fiscals, labor arbiters, Commission on Human Rights (CHR), legal aid organizations, and human rights groups passive and silent in the face of the massive human rights violations that took place nationwide during the pandemic?

• Why were these supposed champions and vanguards of justice and human rights unable and unwilling to provide legal aid and legal remedies to the Filipino people during their hour of need? 

• Why are the Senate and House of Representatives rushing the passage of SB 1869 and HB 6522 respectively, towards legitimizing and legalizing the gross human rights violations that took place during the COVID-19 pandemic? 

• Why does the Mainstream Media continue to remain blind, deaf, and mute regarding the Excess Deaths, “Died Suddenly” phenomenon, and the explosion of rare and uncommon diseases among children and the elderly?

• Why do the “fact checkers” of Facebook and YouTube censor posts that do not follow the global narrative? Why are they afraid of the Truth? 

We need to pick ourselves up, get back on our feet, and heal from the severe trauma, harm, and suffering that the WHO imposed on the whole world during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We call on the Philippine government to answer all these questions, provide comfort and healing to those who were injured and bereaved as a result of the WHO pandemic measures, recognize the human rights violations that were committed, and stop the WHO encroachment and takeover of our sovereign nation. 

Let us uphold and defend the Freedom and Sovereignty of the Filipino People! 

No to WHO Dictatorship! No to Medical Martial Law!
