Met him when he ran for President. Friends with many of his supporters. Friends with several of his ex-supporters who closely worked with him on his initiatives, from Anthroposophy to Waldorf. Nick had to be the superstar, always. The ones who started showing leadership & initiative that might challenge him were coached out or excluded until they took the hint & left. The ones who love him always played a subordinate role & never questioned his ego. Nick won "The alternative Nobel Prize". If you research who the other awardees are for that category, they are cabal. If you learned transvestigation you would see the truth. Cabal only rewards cabal with major global prizes. And I'm sure you haven't forgotten Nick's social media post a while back advertising for a female, not more than 40 years old, to be his... secretary (?) where she was only allowed to go out of his ecovillage once a week and she would have to surrender her mobile phone to him as part of the job package. I remember the advertisement as well - he wanted someone who would be fully committed and with no ties, it seems. A very strange advertisement and demands. That was mid-pandemic.
Certainly, a man who did not follow or care about convention. He did not pander to anyone.
He would not have achieved or done what he had if he were a normal conventional person. I think that many brilliant people are also difficult people. They have ego, their sense of self and rightness, is what drives them to instigate change.
Cabal? I did not get that from him at all in any sense. I got a man who was riveted on doing what he could for the Philippines, he was against globalism and strongly for self-sufficiency, community and nation building, and sovereignty.
His work in sustainable agriculture is pivotal.
