Philippines CDC Pandemic Bill Has Highly Concerning Provisions. Sovereignty is Ceded to International Powers Including WHO and IHR.
Short window of opportunity to oppose this bill.
The bill, currently 3rd reading unanimously approved, though not yet enacted, is so broad as to grant nearly unlimited, liability free, powers to the DOH under very broadly defined public health emergency conditions. There is no provision for independent oversight.

Some of the conversation is in Tagalog, but the overall meaning should still be readily discernable.
The bill is more than concerning.
This bill is in lockstep with bills that are happening in other countries.
I am working on other important documents with the legal team this weekend (not yet for publication via substack), so cannot provide more details on the pandemic bill just yet. Be assured there will be much more to come.
The Philippines is a massively corrupt country, primarily its government. They are certainly bought and paid for by ? and doing as they are told.
I'm terribly disappointed ... my own congressman of my home city is one of the co-authors, as well as 4 others who I know personally. How can they call themselves "lawmakers" after crafting a measure that directly assaults our constitution that protects our sovereign and individual rights? THE PEOPLE must act. This is very serious.
