No Reporting on the Expiry of Philippines State of Calamity

The last article discussing the expiry of the State of Calamity in the Philippines was dated 31th December 2022. In it DOH’s Vergiere warned that without an extension DOH will be unable to procure new covid-19 jabs in 2023.

She also pointed out that with the expiry of the state of calamity indemnification for vaccinators is lost.

And emphasized that the still under review proposed CDC Bill will replace the State of Calamity provisions.

I can find only few recent news articles discussing Covid-19; 1 article stating that cases are declining - 39% down on prior weekly levels, belying DOH’s predictions that cases should rise again in January, and another raising cautions for visitors from China, where International Media reports cases are soaring. I cannot find any mention on the expiry of the state of calamity (last 31st December 2022).

EUA Issued for Pfizer Bivalent

DOH has indicated that they have issued EUA for the Pfizer bivalent vaccines, and will purchase bivalent jabs early in the new year.

However, I know that DOH has already purchased and has begun administering bivalent vaccines. These were offered to residents in my subdivision in early December 2022.

A copy of the EUA document is not yet available on the FDA site, however, I have received a copy via FOI request. The EUA was issued on 2nd December 2022.

Curiously, the product was approved based on the following 3 points. 1, being the study of 8 mice. 2, having been roundly disproven internationally from multiple sources, including Pfizer itself, and 3, being patently untrue! Covid-19 has become a self-limiting upper respiratory tract infection. Serious cases / complications are typically due to underlying medical conditions. At this point (3 years in) conventional medications / neutraceuticals used for cold and flu are already suitable, if even required at all! Conventional medicine knows very well how to treat and manage complications if they do even arise.

The EUA states that the bivalent vaccine may only be used by people who have received primary series. Get your expired and outdated (by 3-years) Wuhan strain jab first! If you dare!

Validity is only within the duration of declared public health emergency. That public health emergency is now expired. However, already procured vaccines are allowed to be used within a 12-month period.

Our local team really needs to explore the revocation, suspension, cancellation clause. Very little to no pharmacovigilance and monitoring seems to be happening, and nearly all of it passive. Most of it, by denying relationships between jab and adverse outcomes.

Pharmacovigilance Monitoring of AEFI uses Spontaneous Reporting

A separate FOI by other parties asking about the pharmacovigilance system confirms that the adverse events reporting is based on a spontaneous reporting system, depending on health professionals or victims / their families to make reports.

Covid-19 Injection of Filipinos Continues

Meanwhile, Covid-19 Vaccination Continues even with the expiry of the state of calamity, with 1,832 doses delivered on 1st January, and 4,000 doses delivered on 2nd January 2023! Note the very small print at the top under the title. It says that the data is pending addition of 3,740,661 booster doses administered as of 2nd January 2023.

Coming on the heels of the widely reported Rasmussen Report on American Beliefs about the recent unexplained deaths and serious reactions and their relationship to Covid-19 Vaccines, this is very likely.

Iatrogenocide (Death by Medical Intervention) and Reckless Imprudence

Government officials, doctors, health professionals need to be changing their position, quickly! They need to be doing a John Campbell!

They are culpable at best of Reckless Imprudence! I will help by defining this, quoting from PAO’s Persida Accosta’s very timely article in the Manila Times on 2nd January 2023. Particularly note point (5):

The elements of the crime of reckless imprudence are:

(Q) that the offender does or fails to do an act;

(2) that the doing or failure to do that act is voluntary;

(3) that it be without malice;

(4) that the material damage results from reckless imprudence; and

(5) that there is inexcusable lack of precaution on the part of the offender, taking into consideration his employment or occupation, degree of intelligence, physical condition, and other circumstance regarding persons, time and place.
