Today after months of tireless work and preparation a Philippines legal team filed against the interagency task force on human rights grounds.

The petition was for certiorari, prohibition, and mandamus with a prayer for temporary restraining order. The petition was 156 pages long and supported by 1,082 pages of annexes, including the judicial affidavits and annexes of Dr. Romy Quijano, Dr. Raffy Castillo, Atty. @Ting Bautista-Bello, and Atty. John Miguel.
The lead counsel is Atty. Pacifico Agabin, former Dean of the UP College of Law and one of the country’s foremost authorities on the Bill of Rights.
