SB-1928 Setting Up the Virology and Vaccine Institute Philippines, to be located in Clark, Tarlac, is now with The Senate. Could this pave the way for the Philippines own Covid-19 Styled Pandemic?

EcoHealth Alliance, the tool used by Fauci to funnel funds to the Wuhan lab, has at least 1 project in the Philippines. It may be innocuous! Do they have any hand in the proposed VIP being planned?

Anthony Fauci is being called to account for hiding what really went on with Covid-19, what the true origins were. What else is he hiding that has not yet come to public light?

Fauci and the NIH are also being hammered for funneling additional money to the Wuhan laboratory in China via EcoHealth Alliance.

EcoHealth Alliance are also active in the Philippines; a watch group called out their activities last September 2022 (please follow link, it is too small to read below).

In February 2023, in an opinion piece in PDI, the question was raised on whether US is funding biolabs in the Philippines. This is a good question, indeed, particularly given that the US Department of Defense has provided a grant for viral spillover research in the Philippines!

EcoHealth Alliance have received a DOD Grant for studying “reducing the threat of viral spillover from wildlife in the Philippines. This grant started in December 2022 and will last for 3 years.

This identified grant is but one of a number that have been granted to EcoHealth Alliance to study disease emergence in various countries. This one by HHS to study emerging diseases in SE Asia.

Does the DOD funded study tie in any way at all with the proposed Philippines VIP? Perhaps not? Could there be other studies or other grants? I have not found any yet, though I haven’t dug deep yet. Tough questions do need to be asked.

The Philippines now have SB-1928, a Bill for the establishment of a virology and vaccine institute pending with the Senate.

This bill is claimed to be in aid of protecting the public from future pandemics, and to be a lure to bring brilliant scientists back to the Philippines.

Studying of “emerging viral and plant pathogens” is necessary. However, the “emerging” component makes me uneasy; are they emerging through nature or are they emerging though artificial activities?

Safeguards are needed to ensure any such lab (in any country) meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and ethics. Further, their works must be free from external interference and vested interests.

Could such an institute place the Philippines at risk? After all, it is such a facility in China that appears to have developed, with now apparent close cooperation and funding from the US, the Covid-19 virus for population-wide release. Similar research is suspected in Ukraine and other places.

The opportunity for conduct of illegal gain-of-function, that may put populations at risk, must be considered. The US has been using external bio-laboratories to do what it has been prevented from doing at home! That must not be allowed!
