The Philippines Department of Health is NOT Tracking the Covid-19 Vaccination Status of Persons Diagnosed With or Reported as Dying From Covid-19! Does This Represent Gross Dereliction of Duties?
Confirmed by FOI that the DOH is not collecting vaccine status data related to covid-19 cases and deaths. How can the impact of the intervention be known without collection of even basic information?
Under FOI Request tracking No. #DOH-897453926371, the Philippines Department of Health has confirmed that they are not tracking the vaccination status of reported covid-19 cases (and by extension they are not tracking the covid-19 vaccination status of covid-19 deaths) in the Philippines

Considering that the entire country and 63% of all Filipinos are participating in an experimental drug trial which has now been running for more than 15 months, wouldn’t the vaccination status of people with covid-19 and dying from covid-19 be critical information for assessing efficacy of that intervention?
DOH please answer your responsibility!
too bad! Well, it seems that for DOH, it will take a genius to be able to form the idea of tracking that information. Up until now, it seems, no one in the department is a genius. In the streets, a lot of ordinary people have discussed that and yet most of them are not doctors or experts. They are just everyday people, no high degrees, no high positions. But they're able to ask the question--"What about those that got injured or died due to vaccine, we know a lot of victims, where's our data?" May God intervene, NOW!
