Case Study: Central Luzon, Philippines. In August and September of 2021, Region III Provinces had 2 - 3.2x 2019 Death Rates. There were 33,704 excess deaths, 43.3% Higher Than Forecast.
After no excess deaths in 2020 and Jan/Feb of 2021, excess deaths soared through to October 2021 (Oct/Nov/Dec data preliminary) with excess deaths ranging from 4.3% in Tarlac to 57% in Angeles City!
Central Luzon, Region III, is an administrative region with 7 provinces, namely, Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales, as well as the 2 highly urbanized cities of Angeles and Olongapo. The 2020 Census population registered 12,422,172 persons (11.39% of the Philippines population).
All death data presented here is from the Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA) Vital Statistics, and all Covid-19 death data is extracted from the Philippines Department of Health, latest data at 23 July 2022. Note that the October, November and December 2021 vital statistics data from PSA are still incomplete. Deaths for 2021 will likely be (considerably) higher than that presented here.
5,318 deaths were attributed to Covid-19 in 2021, 5.2x higher than the 1,027 deaths attributed in 2020. In 2022, to date, there have only been 471 deaths attributed to Covid-19. Covid-19 deaths in Region III massively accelerated in 2021 concurrent with and following the rollout of the Covid-19 vaccines.
After no excess deaths in 2020, except for Angeles City, which had deaths at the upper bound of the forecast, and unexceptional deaths in January and February and for some provinces March of 2021, excess deaths soared up to September 2021 (October to December data are likely incomplete). Table summary of data is set out below. The excess deaths could not be explained by Covid-19, multiplier from covid-19 deaths to excess deaths ranged from 1.3 to 8.5. Further, Covid-19 being a fatal illness primarily for persons with multiple severe life-span limiting comorbidities, deaths with Covid-19 may generally be within the expected normal population deaths.
Set out below are the death data for the 7 provinces and 2 major cities of Region III. The first row of figures is the overall Region III, then the other figures provide breakdown by province / industrialized city.
Note that the first spike in deaths varied in different provinces; some starting in March, some starting in April. The monthly historical and 2021 death chart also presents the death multiplier for 2021 from 2019, the last year of normal deaths. Once deaths started rising in March / April they did not return to baseline within the year (disregard Oct/Nov/Dec). All provinces showed a dip in excess deaths in June: perhaps reflecting the completion of vaccination of most of the willing HCW, elderly and vulnerable, while the vaccines were not yet rolled out to the general population? All seven provinces and two cities had soaring deaths in August and September, concurrent with the Covid-19 vaccine rollout to the general population.
Nueva Ecija and Tarlac had 3.2 and 3.0 x the 2019 death rates in September 2021. How could 3x the normal numbers of people dying not be noticed or questioned or even investigated? Nueva Ecija’s 884 Covid-19 deaths in the whole of 2021 cannot explain the 2,657 excess deaths (+192%) in September 2021 alone (Excess Deaths = 4,042 Deaths - 1,385 Forecast deaths). Tarlac’s excess deaths for 2021 started later, in April 2021 instead of March which was seen in other Provinces.
The Industrialized City of Angeles is in Pampanga Province. Both the city and the province show similar patters of excess deaths, though Angeles City had higher excess deaths in the first peak, perhaps because front line workers who were first in line for vaccination generally live, work, and die in the city.
Olongapo City, the industrialized city in Zambales, shows a similar pattern to that seen in Angeles / Pampanga, with the city showing a higher earlier peak of deaths than the rest of the Province. October - December data in this province are clearly still incomplete.
The toll in Region II, Central Luzon has been devastating. The patterns of deaths cannot be explained by Covid-19. It can only be explained by the vaccine rollouts. The deaths started with and escalated with the vaccine delivery. There is no other possible explanation for what could have caused this many deaths in such a short time!
October, November and December vital statistics data is incomplete. October to December also saw a mass push for vaccination in the Philippines, with % of people having completed primary series more than doubling from 18.8% on 30th September to 43.6% on 31 December 2021 (source: OWID). If the vaccines are implicated in these excess deaths, the final data will be MUCH worse than that presented here.
These deaths are man-made! Induced! Deaths are only the tip of the ice-berg. If there are this many deaths, there must be magnitudes more of injuries and disabilities.
If you or a loved one or friend has been vaccine injured please report this directly to FDA, or via Legal Lightworkers Link here.
This data and presentation needs to go to all senators, all governors, all church leaders! Please contact me if you would like PDF, readily printable versions of this document for distribution. Copies will also be made available via CDCPH, Legal Lightworkers, and other local groups in due course once I complete assessments for all regions.
And after all these excess deaths, they still believe in the jabs. I can't go back to my house in the Philippines because of my vax status. It is bloody ridiculous.
what is excess death?
