Died Suddenly Philippines: 10 Public Figures Who Have Passed Unexpectedly in 2022!

Providing a list of famous local people who have died suddenly and unexpectedly in 2022, as reported by local media sources! Condolences to their family and friends.

I have provided a list of well-known locally reported celebrity deaths in 2022. Most of these people were reported to have died from either cardiac event, or died suddenly, but with no cause disclosed. Nearly all of these people passed much younger than would have been expected (ages 54, 32, 52, 60, 73, 80, 52, 58, 56, 51) to the tragic loss of the industries they worked in, to their families and friends!

These 10 people’s stories are public domain. However, there are 10s of 1000s of other unexpected deaths happening in the Philippines but which are not being reported publicly, though they can be seen on local telegram and facebook pages. Their stories also deserve to be told, though cannot yet be! Condolences to all who are affected this year!!

Well-known musician, bassist Mon Legaspi, aged 54 in October 2022. He is reported to have died from cardiac arrest.

32 YO Narvacan Vice Mayor Died Suddenly of undisclosed causes, September 2022.

Phillip Lazaro, Comedian-Director, died age 52 from multi-organ failure, July 2022.

Comedian Caloy Alde, Died Aged 60 of a massive heart attack, July 2022.

73 year old hairstylist and makeup artist James Cooper died of a heart attack, May 2022.

Susan Roces, was a much beloved actress. She died of cardiopulmonary arrest in May 2022, aged 80.

52 year old Maricris Abad Santos Albert died suddenly during a trip to Singapore, in April 2022. No cause of deaths is disclosed.

ABS-CBN Host Boyet Sison Died aged 58 after a short sudden illness requiring surgery was complicated by a cardiac event, April 2022. Also reported in Tiebreaker Times.

56 YO Fashion Designer Pepsi Herrera died of Cardiac Arrest, February 2022.

Romano Vasquez singer and actor, aged 51, January 2022. He was not reported to have had any medical or health conditions prior to his death. Cause of death was not disclosed.
