Final Philippines FDA Pharmacovigilance Report. Summary of data. Hot Lots? Was the Philippines Targeted to Receive Two Specific Hot Lots of Janssen Product Linked with High Death Reports?

181,645,251 Doses and 78.4 million injected Filipinos (not updated since March 2023). 113,166 reports of suspected AEFI. 10,805 suspected serious adverse reactions including 2,864 deaths.

Last week, the Philippines FDA released what is probably their final¹ Pharmacovigilance report covering the period from vaccine rollout in March 2021 up to 31 December 2023.

There have been very few new reports of AEFI added in recent months. This new report reduced the reported AEFI by 52 cases compared to the September 2023 report (data cleansing?) but added 18 new serious reactions of which 9 were deaths. Reports of adverse events and deaths have generally been dropping over time.

I have been following these reports since they were first released and have been sorely disappointed with the quality and breadth of information being provided. These reports which appear to be not much more than a token compliance with monitoring commitments and window dressing; a form report, with changes in numbers, but little to no change in commentary or evaluation from report to report.

I would even contend that these reports, with their continued insistence that overall benefits in the prevention of COVID-19 and severity of the disease outweighs any current known adverse reactions in most of the vaccinated individuals, despite the now 113,166 suspected AEFI reports, 9.5% of which were serious, have been ignorming and are not fit for purpose of detecting harm!

Of the 10,805 SAE, 2,864 (26.5%) were deaths. Assuming a very conservative URF of 40, there could be some 114,560 deaths. IF the more than 304,000 excess deaths since start of vaccine rollouts were (theoretically) linked, this would point to a URF of more than 100!

Further, the latest report contains an error that show carelessness and a lack of attention by any senior person. Specifically, the report still lists the September total death count of 2,855. However, when one counts the actual listed deaths broken down, they total 2,864 representing the addition of 9 new deaths (4 in the 60+, and 5 in the 40-59 age groups) since the September report.

Under Reporting Factors (URF)

Please bear in mind that all events and outcomes are likely grossly under-reported. Internationally, URF (underreporting factor could be at least 40), and is likely very much higher in the Philippines.

For reference, a local group (Lunas Pilipinas) has been running a survey to collect data on people's knowledge. The results have not been published yet, though they will be.

55.3% of the 566 Filipinos responding to the English-version questionnaire did not know that there was a pharmacovigilance system where they could report injuries.

Of 165 respondents who said that their health was worse following vaccination, only 4 (2.4%) reported their reaction to the Philippines FDA Pharmacovigilance system, which is equivalent to a URF of > 40.

More than 90% of our respondents were college or university educated. These people represent mostly higher socioeconomic and certainly knowledgeable people. What more the lack of reporting of outcomes for the general population! I have no doubt that the real URF could indeed be more than 100 for serious reactions and far higher for mild reactions.

FDA Pharmacovigilance Report Summary

Now to summarize the findings of this latest report and all prior reports. Summary table of doses and outcomes.

Of the serious outcomes, there are 2,864 deaths reported, giving an SAE fatal outcome of 26.5%. I can break this down further and summarize to show which products had the worst outcomes.

• Astrazeneca had the most reports of adverse events, though mostly these were categorized as mild.

• Janssen had by far the highest rates of serious adverse events, with more than double the rate of serious adverse reactions compared even to AstraZeneca. No breakdown of deaths by product is provided.

If the NVIC report of 459 deaths for Philippines & Janssen is complete, this could means that 459/1200 = 38% of the SAE for Janssen were fatal events! Far higher than the average SAE fatal outcome of 26.5%.

IF Janssen’s SAE were under-reported by 40x, that could mean 1 serious adverse reaction per 150 doses & 1 death per 566 doses. IF they were under-reported by 100x, that could mean 1 in 64 seriously harmed & 1 in 242 dead. Speculative, but the numbers get terrifying.

Ironically my calculation for excess deaths and vaccine doses for June to September 2021, arrives at a rate of 1 in 238 doses being fatal!

COVID-19 Vaccine Uptake

Covid-19 Dosing over time: these are weekly totals up to September 2022 when reporting moved to monthly and then quarterly for the last 2 reports for July and December 2023. The apparent big jump towards the end of March is due to data adjustment, reflecting the addition of about 11 million doses that had not previously been recorded.

Dosing by product.

Coronavac (Sinovac) was the first product dosed in early 2021, but with very little uptake into 2022. Janssen was delivered with 2 main peaks. August 2021, and January-February, 2022. Both of these dosing peaks coincide with peak excess death periods. Pfizer took over from all other products into 2022. That big push at the end of 2022 was particularly when children and young people were heavily pushed to accept the products to be allowed to go back to school.

Adverse Events of Special Interest

The FDA has been tracking adverse events of special interest (AESI). These are summarized. most of these have had minimal to no change in counts, conclusions, or cases under investigation. A total of 53 events are concluded to be product linked. No deaths are acknowledged in this report. However, the DOH has separately admitted to around 9 product-linked deaths, stating that nearly all of these were due to anaphylaxis.

It is quite shocking that so few of the 113,166 reported AEFI have apparently been evaluated for being AESI.

• Anaphylaxis is listed as 1.82 per million doses (increased from 1.78/million in the 30 September 2023 report).

• 37% of Filipinos are reported as having hypertension in 2021 (increased from 28% in 2013). This is reported as an underlying increasingly common condition and nothing to do with the Covid-19 vaccination.

• 13 Cases of Thrombosis and 2 Cases thrombosis-thrombocytopenia are listed. The 2 cases of thrombosis-thrombocytopenia are acknowledged as linked. The 13 cases of Thrombosis are under review.

• There have been 31 reported cases of myocarditis and 4 of pericarditis. 14 of the myocarditis and 1 case of pericarditis are considered product related and the rest are under review. Report is unchanged since July 2023.

• 1 Case of Capillary leak syndrome was first reported in August of 2022. It is considered product-linked.

• 36 cases of Guillain-Barre Syndrome; 13 assessed as linked, 6 indeterminate, 2 coincidental and the rest under review. No change since September 2023.

• 40 cases of Bell’s Palsy: 14 product-related, 5 indeterminate, 2 coincidental, and 19 under review

• 12 cases of immune Thrombocytopenia: 6 product-related, 3 indeterminate, 1 coincidental, and 2 being reviewed. No change since July 2023.

• 4884 cases of natural covid-19 infection, with 259 deaths, considered unrelated to received vaccinations.

• 7 cases of Encephalitis & ADEM: 1 product related, 3 coincidental, 3 under review. This is one new case since September 2023.

• 28 cases of heavy menstrual bleeding, first reported in April 2023. Still listed as 2 cases being coincidental and the rest under review.

• 2 cases of transverse myelitis were first reported in April 2023, with one listed as product-related and the other still under review.

• Hospitalization rate is listed as 4.15 persons / 100,000 doses.

• 2,864 deaths (9 added in this report), with average age of death at 59.17.

The deaths (page 16) are stated to be due to conditions that people usually die of (cardiovascular, stroke, cancer etc), and mostly in people with underlying health conditions. Thus, inferring that the vaccines played no role! What a fallacious conclusion! The certifying officer does not list vaccine as the cause of death, thus the death must be due solely (without any triggering exacerbating factor) due to the listed cause.

BOMBSHELL!: It has been discovered Janssen (J&J) Has Poisoned the Philippines With The Covid-19 VACCINE!

My neighbors’ driver died less than 48 hours after receiving a dose of Jansen. Highly unlikely his death was ever formally reported or officially attributed to the recent injection.

A very close friend lost her 80-year-old grandmother. Her grandmother was well and active, despite her age. But she collapsed and died suddenly over breakfast a few days after receiving a dose of Janssen. The doctors blamed covid-19 infection and the whole family was placed under home detention for 14 days! Her death was never reported.

Excess Deaths are Continuing in 2023

Despite the safe and effective narrative that was aggressively pushed, somehow since 2021 and up to the end of June 2023, the Philippines have had just over 304,000 excess deaths (my estimate based on forecast expected deaths from 2015-2019 trending compared against actual registered deaths)².

While 2021 deaths were extraordinarily high (some 255K excess), deaths did drop considerably in 2022 (only some 38K excess), death rates are accelerating again in the available 2023 data, with Jan-June already showing 17K excess in still very incomplete data. Even worse March and April 2023 already have deaths 10% higher than the same months in 2022. May 2023 is nearly 8% higher than May 2022 and will increase. The death toll is still mounting!

The deaths are underlaid by mass disability and illness. The Philippines does not have the resources to care properly for so many sick and dying people! What now?

Is anyone watching? Does anyone care? This is evidence of a genocide. Evidence of a crime against Filipinos and their nation! Will national leaders and health officials act?

Btw. Janssen was actively conducting clinical trials in the Philippines for their product in early 2021. Related?

There is now clear evidence of a standout perpetuator to start the investigation ball rolling. Will they be investigated?

1. The report states that due to the lifting of the state of public health emergency, the report would be published quarterly to end of 2023, and thereafter as needed.

2. Different assumed baselines yield different counts of excess deaths… but all over 300K from 2021 to mid-2023.

Many nations compare rates against 5-year prior average.  However, in the Philippines with our growing population and increasing deaths (quite normal if the trend is very slow) a 5-year average will make the excess look bigger than it might actually be. 2021 deaths have a 47.2% excess if compared against the average deaths for the five years from 2016 to 2020. 

PSA has typically just compared each year's deaths or births against the prior year rates.  So for example, 2020 was 1% lower than 2019.  2021 was 43.2% higher than 2020. 

Using excel forecast applied to the 2015-2019 monthly data, I forecast expected deaths up to 2025 to estimate that the 2021 actual deaths were 40.9% higher than the predicted deaths.
