Don’t like what I found in the quick and dirty search...”Regional Coordinator of the Hospital Preparedness for Emergencies (HOPE) for Asia with Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.” As soon as I see JHSPH, alarm bells start ringing. Rockefeller’s All the Way Down.

I think the void of an appointed DOH head instead of an OIC since last year may have been a factor in why the easing and the removal of guidelines and restrictions in the RP has been slow. This is despite the Marcos admin's direction of moving past the pandemic. Now there is someone there we could see a major shift in how the post-pandemic return to normalcy - not the "new normal" - continues.

I would hope that you are right. Or he could have been chosen to be the secretary to lead the DOH once the SB1869 is passed and as the Philippines Health system is integrated into full compliance with the W.H.O and its IHRs. Let us see. Where will his priorities lie? With the people and their wellness or with political correctness, and obedience to the military-pharma-big business complex.
