The Philippines DOH is Crowing Over the Supreme Court's Dismissal of the Petitions Filed Against the Covid-19 Regulations: Implying C-19 Regulations are Constitutional, there was a Favorable Ruling!

Pick apart their statement! Let's keep it for posterity! Will this statement age well?

The statement seems to imply that the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the Covid-19 regulations. That the Supreme Court made a favorable ruling! There was no ruling! The case was dismissed on a technicality, not merits! The Supreme Court never got to the point of considering constitutionality, or otherwise.

Policies implemented were enacted with the utmost consideration for the common good!

Except for the good of the more than 112 thousand people who have reported that they have been injured, the 2,826 people who have had their deaths post-vaccination filed by their doctors and/or loved ones (latest available AEFI summary below).

Common good except for the 285+ thousand people who died in excess of expected rates in 2021 (compared to 2020) and the 40+ thousand people who died in excess of expected in 2022 (compared also to 2020). 2023 is not going to look good either… but observers are still waiting for any data to be released! International excess deaths are also continuing in all nations which partook in the covid-19 experiment!

Don’t forget also that those excess deaths are underlaid by massive increases in disability, in poor health! What will it be 8 to 10 people disabled or unwell, underlying each excess death? People whose life quality and duration will have been effected. To what extent? Frankly, we don’t yet know! That is the nature of the experiment.

Critical imperative of vaccination and booster doses! The Philippines may be among the last nations in the world still trying to push these products! Most nations have already moved on! Most people are already saying no more!

Particularly considering there are so few deaths occurring from Covid-19 as to make a vaccine, even if it worked, even if it provided boosted immunity (immunity is not the same as protection) for more than a few weeks, without devastating collateral damage a non-viable prospect.

Collateral damage? VAERS is alarming. So are all of the other reporting systems.

Resilient barrier of immunity!

These vaccines are known not to prevent infection, transmission, or even severe illness. Even the manufacturers acknowledged this from early on!!

It is already public, even mainstream knowledge, that these vaccines cause more serious illness in the vaccinated, aside from destroying recipient’s immune systems! Hypertensive diseases, blood disorders, cancers (oh so many new, rare, sudden cancers are now emerging), heart disease, VAIDS, immune disease, dementia, sudden deaths, infertility [I was just told of a vaccinated 16 year old boy with NO sperm count].

Plummeting births 10 months after start of rollouts!! Lost 30,532 babies (a 34% drop in births) between December 2021 and December 2022 (data is compiled effective as of the same date). A drop of 52,897 births (a 60% drop) between December 2019 (the last typical year) and December 2022!

Look at the drastic increase in poor health between 2019 and 2022!

There is NO common good happening any more! There is no healthy Pilipinas with these data! Something has gone terribly wrong!

I publish this out of love for the nation. I wonder if anyone in official positions are noticing! If they will act out of concern and love for their kababayan (fellow Filipinos / countrymen and women)!
