Though we used different Covid-19 "vaccines" in China than were used in the Philippines, anecdotal evidence hints that the effects on fertility seem to be comparable to those which we see in the West. Some of the phenomena we are seeing:

1) Reduced egg production and decrease in quality, especially among women over 30 and those attempting IVF. Declines of 50% or more seem common.

2) A failure on the part of embryos to develop a heartbeat in the early stages of pregnancy.

It's worth noting that within medical circles by mid 2021 at the latest the effect on fertility was widely noted and discussed. Whether or not these discussions ever reached the ears of the political decision makers is unclear, but given the extreme measures they rolled out during the same period to attempt to reverse China's baby bust, the most logical guess is that they did not.
