44-Million Doses Expired, 19-Million Doses Missing. FDA Task Force Flemming is Launched to Facilitate and Fast-track Covid-19 Products Registration. Population Collapse!

How can they say that the approvals won't compromise on efficacy, quality or safety, when these products have already failed on all three criteria?

The Philippines Senate Blue Ribbon Committee¹ is investigating Covid-19 Vaccines. They have identified that 19 million doses of vaccines are unaccounted for. Some of these may be documentation backlog. However, I suspect that at least some of these products have gone to double dosing of primary series, and to additional boosters, beyond the approved 2 doses. I personally know of people who took 2 x primary series (ie. Sinovac series followed by a Pfizer or Moderna series), I also know of people who have taken more than the approved 1st and 2nd boosters.

I have not been able to find the breakdown of how many of the 251M doses were donated, and how many were purchased.

Contrary to the general public belief that the Philippines received mostly donated vaccines with no purchase expense, if the breakdown of the 44M expired doses is anything to go by, more doses were bought than were received via donation.

44 million doses of Covid-19 vaccines have expired and are to be destroyed. 11 million of these were donated, and 33 million were procured by the Government and/or Private Business. The value of these expired vaccines is valued at PHP9 Billion.

Meanwhile, notwithstanding the continued very low demand² for the Covid-19 vaccines (most recent 7-day average administered only 11,165 of mostly boosters), the FDA has launched a task group, Task Force Flemming, to hasten the Covid-19 drugs move from EUA to registered with CPR (Certificate of Product Registration) without compromising efficacy, quality, and safety.

Without compromising efficacy? It is already well proven that these products don’t prevent infection, or transmission, or even severe cases and hospitalization. Just released New Zealand Health Data shows that the more vaccines have been received, the more likely a recipient is to die from Covid-19.

This also corroborates NSW Australia data which also showed more jabs = more deaths (release of data has been halted! It must have been too damning!).

Without compromising quality? There are known concerns with quality control. Different batches yield very different safety outcomes. Further worsened by the warp speed rush from laboratory to mass-scale commercial operations.

Without compromising safety? How can these products be considered safe in the face of mass safety concerns, mass excess deaths, mass injuries, mass reduction in population fertility combined with widespread reports of pregnancy losses and neonatal deaths.

If the FDA do any sort of an impartial comprehensive assessment, taking into account international accumulating data, not only will these products not be registered, but they will also be outright banned! The technology platform will also be banned for general use!

Dropping Birth Rates / Dropping Marriages

Philippines are having reduced birth rates. If the current trending in dropping birthrates continues, the Philippines will have lost nearly 800,000 babies not born since 2019. This could be a drop in registered births between 2019 and 2022 of 28%.

PNA reports a 30-year low in birth rates in Northern Mindanao (drop of 12% from 2019 to 2021). These reduced birth rates are seen across the entire Philippines. I am waiting for the final release of 2021 vital statistics data to share a by-province breakdown with my readers.

Part of the drop in birthrates may also be attributed to a very big drop in registered marriages between 2019 and 2021.

Headline news last 14th February 2023 reported that registered marriages were up by 48.2% since 2020.

This report was extracted from the PSA 2021 Marriage Data which was released last week, data that was effective as of 31 March 2022 (likely still incomplete as it takes months for fairly complete registration to be collected).

However, the article forgot to mention that this 48% increase since 2020 still represented a drop of 17.4% compared to 2019, the last normal year.

From the 2020 Population Census, that the median age of Filipinos is 25.3 and the more than half of the population is in the age range of 15 to 49, dropping marriages (and birth rates) would not be expected.

The drop in birth rates is surely multifactorial. Family planning, fewer marriages, and then there will the additive impact of covid-19 vaccine infertility and pregnancy losses.

I am raising the alarm of population collapse! This will be devastating socially and economically. A thorough investigation is required.

2. With such low vaccine demand, how can it be cost-effective for a vaccine manufacturer to proceed with registration? Unless they are hopeful that their product will be mandated.
