New investors look at peace and stability, consistent policy, ease of business in new markets. Current tensions are antithetical to business. If diplomacy fails, the biggest loser may be Philippines.
At this point I believe one of the last organisations in which I could have any faith would be the current US administration after what they have done to Ukraine and other regions in their incessant proxy wars. Please Lord do not allow the beautiful Philippines to become a graveyard to enrich Raytheon, Lockheed, Northrop et al
With Trump out of the way, voted against by the immigrant sector including but not limited to (most) voting-Filipinos. I suspect that the global power elite intend to hand off global power to China. I anticipate a fake war akin to professional wrestling, as professional wrestlers actually injure one another in the scripted battles. If population reduction theories are true this will be a bloody war with USA taking heavy losses by design and the region heavy civilian casualties by design. Whether or not my theories are viable this post-American administration couldn't have gotten in without the post-1965 immigrant voting sector. Usurping American resources, government and it's institutions doesn't make it American. The intergenerational tax burdened American is war weary, and has had losses in family. The newer voters dominate population centers thus the respective local governments, states and thus federal are not so tax burdened and not war weary. I'll hand it to Duterte as he told Filiams, a powerful voting block to vote for Trump.
I've no proof, but strongly suspect that the Daily Inquirer is a beneficiary of the National Endowment for Democracy of Soros. (As are a few solons pushing for social destruction via bills for divorce, abortion legalization.) Perhaps the Tribune is free of that money.
So funny how they're spinning inclusion of PH in the meeting as a reflection of PH's "growing influence". Gosh, the gaslighting is terrible.

Yep. 100%

Your views are entirely correct and accurate.

I believe the Marco's government is digging its self a hole and should have followed Duterte leadership concerning China.
